What Fast Track means to me:
Fast Track has shown me that I am capable of so much more than I ever realized. My first night to run with the team there was a mile time trial...I had never run on a track...and I ran a 8:32! I cried happy tears all the way home. The support of this team is incredible. But more than helping me physically they have helped me mentally...I adore this team!
