Long runs are the staple of any running plan. They are awesome in themselves, but are even better in good company.

While Fast Track has always had self-organized long runs among runners of similar paces, this year we are bringing everyone together at Team Long Runs!

Team Long Runs are at a different location each time. We schedule them here on our Team's website and post reminders in the members-only Facebook group. Members are encouraged to RSVP on the Team's website.

The group naturally breaks into different pace groups and meets at a nearby coffee shop or restaurant for brunch after the run. Walkers are also welcome!

 - Mile Time Trial 
 - 2 sets of 1 x 800m,
1 x 400m (90 sec rest after each) 

 - Voluntary - Team Relays!!
